   Perform receiving, in-process and final inspection of plating parts and determine the quality and conformance of products according to customers specifications and the international standard. • Developed optimal cleaning, activation and plating sequences that are feasible and robust for production scale. Plating of first-time runners and pilot scale batches before putting in production.• Streamlined processes to reduce rework and waste in a fast-paced shop environment. • Categorized plating strategies to align and reduce variability in existing processes.
