Assemble large electro-mechanical systems and custom sheet metal structure for the client Hydro Quebec, working closely with detailed engineering drawings, CAD models, and VKS instructions.· Identify and report non-conformance issues during assembly, collaborating with quality team to review problems and agree on corrective actions.· Use pneumatic and electric power tools to align and fasten components, ensuring assemblies meet industrial quality standards.· Carry out in-process inspections and verify parts before shipment, consistently helping the team to maintain compliance rate.· Provide practical feedback from the shop floor to support Design for Manufacturability (DFM) improvements, which has led to more efficient builds and a gain in assembly time.· Work with logistics and supply chain teams to move, pack, and prepare components as well as entire assembly, making sure parts are protected and safely transferred between departments.
