Parth is an enthusiastic and cheerful person always looking to interact with people and getting to know their stories. He believes in helping others and feels that one should strive to be a good listener. He is an adaptive and flexible person who can adapt to complex situations. He believes these qualities were imbibed in him by changing cities every 2-3 years being from an Air Force background. He believes in staying calm and composed even in the most precarious of situations.Parth is currently pursuing PGDM-HRM from MDI Gurgaon, his interpersonal skills and people skills have always drawn him towards pursuing a career in Human Resources.
