I hold a B.Tech degree from SRM Institute of Science and Technology, where my passion for technology grew through hands-on projects and academic pursuits. My interest in web development, coupled with a strong foundation in software engineering principles, fueled my desire to craft high-quality, scalable web applications. During my academic journey, I actively participated in coding challenges and team projects, which helped me develop a solution-oriented mindset.With over 5 years of industry experience, I’ve had the opportunity to work in recruitment technology and telecom solutions. At iCIMS, I spearheaded key projects to optimize the Hiring Suite, resulting in a 30% reduction in candidate drop-off rates and a 20% improvement in application completions. My work focused on front-end development using JavaScript, React, and TypeScript, while also integrating backend services and APIs. In addition, I led a significant migration of state management from Redux to Redux Toolkit, enhancing code efficiency and maintainability. Previously, at GlobalLogic, I contributed to the development of user interfaces for large-scale enterprise systems, gaining experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Looking to the future, I aim to deepen my expertise in front-end architecture and user experience design, with a focus on accessibility and performance optimization. My work involves end-to-end development — from creating assessments, configuring skill-based evaluation logic, to publishing fully functional assessments that accurately measure user competencies. This includes improving workflows, optimizing UX, and ensuring seamless integration across the platform.
