About Parth Shah
I’m many things, but real-estate holds my true calling. I’m an emerging realtor in the market with expertise in real-estate management, mandate marketing, corporate leasing, pre-leased premises and property advisory. Adept in managerial skills for marketing and sales, I have had the pleasure to contribute towards boosting the ROI and cash-flow of my current and former organizations. As a realtor by choice, it brings me joy in being a consultant and a steadfast advisor pertaining to investment decisions of my clients. The skills that I’ve acquired help me get the job done, but experience in life has taught me to have a job done well. When you’re in an industry you’re passionate about, there’s never a dull day in life. Each meeting with a potential investor/buyer is an adventure as I love to explore the endless possibilities of networking. While I am a marketer, I have achieved several accolades and certifications in various fields from premier institutes of the country, online and offline. My skills include sales negotiation, business development, real estate development, digital marketing, Sellers and Microsoft Office. My interests may seem scattered, which they undeniably are, but they simply are a display of my undying love for the academia. Forever a student, I aspire to learn everything that intrigues me. I am currently pursuing the Emerging Leaders Programme in the Real estate (Sales and Marketing) from the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors- India. All these elements put together have prepared me to work towards providing meaningful consultation using my in-depth market understanding to bring satisfying results for my clients. Real-estate is one of the biggest and most thought-out decisions for people. I strive to add value through respect, integrity, ethics, trust and great care in everything I do. When I’m not working, I’m busy rummaging through amazing books, podcasts, and self-help courses. My plan is to retire by 50 and travel the world among several milestones I’d love to experience. The strategy is to make these productive years a booming success while making each day count.
