   As the Head of Digital Marketing at SkinQure, I lead the complete digital ecosystem for both the SkinQure Clinic brand and Dr. Jangid’s personal branding as a Hair Transplant Surgeon. My focus is on strategic growth through branding, performance marketing, and content-driven lead generation.Key Responsibilities & Achievements- Spearheading the branding and digital positioning of SkinQure and Dr. Jangid to build strong awareness around Hair Transplant and Aesthetic Dermatology- Leading and managing a cross-functional in-house team: → 3 Video Editors → Social Media Manager → Graphic Designer → SEO Analyst-Managing the external Performance Marketing Agency with a focus on generating high-quality leads and optimizing campaign ROI (scaled ROI by 1–1.5X MoM)- Overseeing end-to-end video content production (shooting, editing, and publishing) with strict monthly publishing targets- Strategizing content and supervising Podcast production – from conceptualizing topics to final edits and distribution- Leading collaborations with influencers, YouTubers, and media channels, driving visibility and brand trust- Working closely with the CRM team to analyze lead quality and conversion, optimizing follow-up strategy for improved performance- Ensuring IT and data security protocols at the clinic: → WiFi network security → Password audits → Leads data tracking and safety- Providing insights and suggestions for in-clinic branding and patient experience- Final approver for all outgoing creative content (videos, posts, campaigns).
