About Partha Pratim Das
Having more than sixteen years of experience in all aspects of film designing. Worked as an Executive Lead Animator, Creative Head, Art director, Visualizer (research -development department), Supervisor, Stereographer,Lead Concept (Pre-production) and as a Creative Head in many projects for TATA, EROS, RELIANCE, PRIME FOCUS etc Worked for concept and creative part of Gaming, Bollywood - Hollywood films, TV & web series. Experience of making creative concepts of every required aspect-including Film bible, Set designing, Sequence Planning (Production & Post production), Shoot planning & supervising, Title sequence designing, stereo 3Ddepth, pre-production and more. Eager to learn new processes and technique, according to the requirement of projects or studio pipelines. Also interested for working as a Production Designer and creating new content for different platform. Apart from many exhibitions of painting, I have created eight short animation films in different medium among which some of them got Nominated and Win awards at National and International Film Festivals. I was one of the speaker at INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL, CHITRAKATHA,2017 Specialties-Pre-production and Art dept (Creating Bible for the show, Client presentation, Sequence planning, Set designing-Concepts for Matte paintings, Characters, Story board, Style treatment/ Look development, Compositions, Lay out, Referencing and Documentation, Title sequence designing etc for VFX, TV series,Live action and Animation films-Creative execution planning including VFX and CG (Production and execution friendly), Shoot and shot pre-planning and supervising-Bifurcation of Live, CG, Chroma shots, detailed storyboard defining the process, medium and requirement of each shots, Set-Setup designing-Animation film designing -Creative plan for 3D Stereo depth-Classical 2d animation, Stop animation -Sound designing, Video Editing -Painting, Illustration, clay modeling.
