Independently track and develop complex, integrated project schedules while monitoring risks, issues, and change activities across multiple regulatory projects. Develop training plans to minimize disruption and maintain productivity during transitions.Prepare and present clear, data-driven financial reports to stakeholders, empowering informed decision-making and promoting transparency. Lead monthly financial review sessions with senior leadership to explain project expenditures and forecasts.Enhance financial communication across teams by ensuring clarity on budget constraints, leading to stronger alignment between project teams and finance departments
