ABOUT PARTH BHINGARDE

I\'ve always been the person in the room asking,\"What are we building, and why does it matter to the people using it?\"My path started in analytics. I spent years diving into messy data sets, learning how to make sense of the numbers and explain them to people who didn\'t live in spreadsheets.(Which I still love doing!) Along the way, I realized the real fun wasn\'t just in finding the answer but in figuring out what question was worth asking in the first place, particularly through my background in market research.I moved closer to the product side at Catenate, a SaaS startup. I worked with engineers, designers, and customers to make our platform easier to use, from shortening client onboarding by 25% to creating better ways for users to find more value in our platform. I met people beyond the metrics and learned what these metrics meant to them.I\'ve also led teams, mentored peers, and guided new hires. Some of my proudest moments are watching people I\'ve mentored confidently step up. Whether it was leading analysts on a renewable energy project or serving as the President of my local Toastmasters club, I\'ve learned how to listen first, bring out the best in others, and help teams move forward together.Now, I\'m ready for my next chapter in Product Management or Project Management. I want to use the mix of curiosity, empathy, and strategy to build products that make life easier for those who use them. I\'m not just chasing features or metrics, I\'m chasing impact.Alongside technical growth, I also enjoy building genuine connections through networking and collaborative work environments.
