As a boy growing up in Kolkata of the turbulent 80\'s, I never thought about a career. Life was all about Drama, politics, football and friends. Its only after Graduation, totally confused and in search of a livelihood that I went to XISS Ranchi to study \"Personnel Management\" by sheer accident. That\'s when my discovery of human behaviour begun. From then till today, my curiosity about human behaviour has turned from a mere academic interest to a passion. Over three decades of HR leadership and advisory experience across levels, industries and globe has been a great learning experience.That\'s about all \"the Learning Experience\".
