Collaborate with Business Units Management and Information & Technology (I&T) stakeholders to ensure that people, process, and technology changes are prioritized and change management best practices are applied to the adoption of the new ways of working.· Design and deliver change management strategies and plans to support end users adopting new ways of working· Engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization (e.g, Executive, I&T, end users within management and unionized groups)· Identify stakeholders and conduct impact assessments · Contribute to the continuous refinement of the adoption strategy and plan, in line with identified adoption risks· Create risk mitigation tactics to minimize resistance· Design and lead change network groups (e.g, Change Champions and Super Users) to support end users adopt new ways of working in their business units· Liaise with other key groups at CN and externally (business units and different functions.)· Identify and assess people risks, end user readiness and user adoption· Propose change management mitigation tactics to support end users based on readiness and adoption results.
