ABOUT PARTHA PRATIM DEBNATH

Partha Pratim Debnath is a Lead Marketing Analyst in Infrastructure, Metal and Mines. Having 18+ years experience in Marketing, design, engineering, erection and commissioning of Rolling Mill and Infrastructure projects across India. Before getting into the new position of Assistant General Manager in Marketing, he was responsible for Project Management, Erection and Commissioning of Wire Rod Mill-2 electrics, a project of Vizag Steel Plant, RINL, various ISRO projects at Sriharikota and Mahendragiri. Also actively involved in Detail engineering & Consultancy Project like Indian Navy Aircraft Yard for their modernisation and upgradation projects, Hindustan Copper Limited for the Mining project, Ductile Iron Pipe plant Welspun Group India, Mining projects HCL Malanzkhand and Wire rod mill-3 and its Melting cum Holding Furnace consultancy project NALCO Angul.Currently associated with Marketing Division of MECON Limited. He has completed his two years Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode in Marketing management. Also he was worked in techno-commercial area like assessment of salvage value for Old rolling mill complex of ISP, Burnpur and technical audit of NAMCO Industries Khapoli, Maharastra and two international projects - Sparkwest Steel LLC, Nigeria and Detailed Projects Report of Samta Mines Morroco.His core competencies area are Business Management, Negotiations, Engineering, Erection, Commissioning, Project management, Procurement and strategy.Partha is an Electrical and Electronics engineer from UIT, RGPV, Bhopal (formely Govt. Engg. College, Bhopal) and certified project management professional from VSkills (Joint Venture of Govt. of India and Govt. of NCT New Delhi).Area of Interest in Management: Interface issues between Marketing and Operation Management.
