Client: GE Health Care Program manager for Service delivery management Client: Fifth Third Bank Programs: PCWD (Payment, Consumer, Digital, WAM) service management support & Check Systems Upgrade Responsibilities: • Managing Program – Monitoring, overall goal, plan and benefits, coordination, future roadmap • Project resource and staff management involving mentoring, monitoring resource utilization, coordinating resource allocation and recruitment. • Vendor or procurement management • Establishing & Monitoring processes for Issue Management, Change Management and Quality management and having necessary artifacts that document each of these activities. • Customer interaction on Dashboards & tracking activities, performance reports of on-going projects and other topics • Aligning strategic direction of the program with individual projects • Preparing cost and revenue budgets and monitoring and alerting stakeholders if cost overruns • Provide inputs for process Improvements, strategy for improving productivity and developing the appropriate Metrics to track the progress. • Escalation Handling • Tracking budget • Liaising /Interacting with Onsite/Offshore team, clients and all stakeholders. • Reviewing the status of the Project and taking corrective measures as required • Upcoming project engagement management – preparing project charter, estimation, and statement of work etc. • Internal operational activities
