From the close-knit communities of western India to leading privacy and consent programs in Canada’s financial sector, my journey has always been driven by one thing: a deep commitment to learning, adapting, and creating meaningful impact.Today, I manage a $2.7M privacy transformation program at The Co-operators, where I work with cross-functional teams—including business analysts, tech PMs, change leads, and legal stakeholders—to build future-ready consent systems and ensure compliance with evolving privacy laws.My role is both strategic and hands-on: I help simplify complex client journeys, lead consent mapping across multiple sales channels, and translate privacy obligations into actionable implementation plans. Earlier, I led a comprehensive privacy gap assessment across 14 business units—driving remediation plans that safeguarded the organization from $25M+ in potential exposure.Before stepping into privacy and compliance, I led major ERP and system integration projects in the construction and startup sectors.
