About Parth Puneet

As a Software Development Engineer at Newgen Software since July 2024, I’ve been working on large-scale backend systems that power enterprise-grade platforms. I currently contribute to the architecture and enhancement of Newgen’s iBPS Initiation Agent — a core component responsible for automation in workflow-driven environments. My work also includes implementing a retry mechanism for internal API failures, integrating Dead Letter Queues for fault tolerance, and deploying optimized SDK solutions using Microsoft’s Kiota-based Graph SDK.Beyond this, I’ve worked on Health Monitoring tool that is used for detecting and correcting missing primary keys across database tables, proactively catch performance bottlenecks, and enhanced JDBC operations to reduce deadlocks by over 40%.Prior to joining Newgen, I interned at WPP IT, where I managed patching and monitoring of over 50 virtual machines, and at Essvee Consultant, where I developed full-stack features including secure authentication and payment systems.I completed my B.Tech in Computer Science from KIET Group of Institutions in 2024. I’m passionate about backend development, database optimization, and designing systems that are resilient, maintainable, and scalable. I thrive in collaborative engineering environments and am always eager to learn and take on new challenges.
