About Parth Suhas Ingale

I am a Master’s student in Bioengineering at Northeastern University specializing in Computational, Synthetic, and Systems Biology. My passion lies in building the digital layer of modern biology by designing computational frameworks, machine learning models, and data pipelines that make biological design faster, smarter, and more reproducible.I have developed and modeled complex biological systems including genetic toggle switches, Turing pattern formation, and Nanopore methylation analysis using Python, R, and Biopython. My current research focuses on integrating wet-lab Nanopore sequencing data with computational QC pipelines to extract meaningful biological insights from large datasets.I am experienced in developing bioinformatics pipelines, predictive machine learning models, and systems-level simulations with a strong foundation in Python (NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow), Biopython, and R (DESeq2, Seurat).My goal is to bridge computation and biology to accelerate the next generation of biotechnological innovation.Areas of interest include Computational Biology, Synthetic Biology, Bioinformatics, Machine Learning for Biology, and DNA Synthesis Automation.Tools and frameworks include Python, R, Biopython, DESeq2, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pandas, and AWS.
