Mapped under AT & T and was assigned under the newly taken project called Project Extract, wherein the main objective was to build an OCR tool which would help in extracting and validating the contracts. • Reviewing the vendor-wise contracts and identifying the key elements for extracting the data was the main objective. • Responsible for training new joiners on this project, assigning the work, maintaining their extracted data for more than thousands of documents, collating the data, and performing quality checks on the file before sending it to our client. • Working on another process called New Horizons, which was completely about the P2P process. • Responsible for executing multiple client service engagements such as processing purchase requisition to purchase order, taking actions on the POs as per business requirements from requesters of the POs depending upon the client needs, working towards handling any amendments on the POs concerning the dollar amount and approves the amended items listed in the PO, coordinate with clients and vendors for the purchase order related issue resolution. • Assigned on upcoming projects like Project Price Compliance, Project Cirrus, etc. which are still in the initial stages and the projects are under maintenance mode.
