At JPMorgan, I stepped into a role where compliance meets complexity and automation can be the answer. I conceptualized and built Project Stuffi, an internal GenAI chatbot (powered by LLaMA, LangChain, and RAG) trained on SOPs, control reports, and tax validation logic. Stuffi doesn’t just answer questions it automates tax form checks, helps users parse PDFs/images, and assists with reporting.The result? 1800+ hours saved and a significant reduction in manual dependency across operations. Currently, we’re expanding its capabilities under the Agentic AI framework to build toward full end-to-end tax form automation.I’ve also led IRS remediation efforts for W-9/W-8/CRS compliance, tax form validation, automated data correction workflows either manually or using Python, and collaborated globally with teams across Compliance and Onboarding (from San Antonio to Bangalore) all while focusing on risk reduction, workflow consistency and scaling.If there’s a process that repeats and involves judgment, chances are I’ve tried (or am trying) to automate it
