Parth is involved on multiple projects from office. Parth’s duties include create bid package via and assist estimator on biding new projects, create and issue subcontracts, review and manage project budget, review scope changes and create change order packages to send to owner, create and update CPM schedule for projects using Primavera P6, create and present Time Impact Analysis for delays using Primavera P6, create and maintain 3D drawing files using BIM software, create and submit project progress billing to PM, create and submit submittals and closeout, and implement and train company staff with new technologies.
