Hi! I am a sustainability professional, currently working as a Research Analyst at DWS Group, the asset management arm of Deutsche Bank, where I work on stewardship and ESG research across fixed income and equity investments. A key part of my role involves preparing for engagements and engaging with investee companies on topics such as corporate governance, climate change, human rights, and water stewardship. Alongside stewardship, I am also responsible for ESG research and quality checks across asset classes.Before joining DWS, I worked at Morningstar Sustainalytics as a Senior Research Associate, where I worked on ESG Risk Ratings, assessing companies’ exposure to material ESG risks, and Low Carbon Transition Ratings, where I evaluated how well companies are positioned to manage climate-related risks and the shift to a low-carbon economy.My core areas of focus include stewardship, climate risk, corporate governance, and ESG research.
