My greatest strength lies in my ability to envision and bring to life innovative ideas, guiding me towards small but meaningful stepping stones of success.With strong verbal and communication skills, I excel in understanding, processing, ideating, and executing solutions to complex problems in the simplest manner. I am a strong advocate for the importance of communication within teams, drawing from my experiences in internships, freelance projects, professional roles, and sports endeavors.Over the past year, I’ve gained nearly 9 months of work experience and completed 2 freelance design projects, further sharpening my design thinking and execution. I also had the privilege of delivering a \'TEDx talk\', an experience that strengthened my belief in the power of storytelling and articulation within the design journey. I’ve also taken the initiative to build ‘Design by Point’, a design space platform, where I share, learn, and engage with fellow creatives and designers.Outside of my professional pursuits, I am passionate about poetry, photography, storytelling, videography, and cricket — a sport I’ve played for over 15 years. These creative interests fuel my passion for writing, allowing me to craft captivating experiences that blend visual design with the art of content writing and typography.I take pride in having written several poems throughout my journey, with two of them being published in an anthology.In summary, my growing experience, creative spirit, quick learning ability, and unwavering determination continue to shape my path - as I work towards making meaningful contributions to the world of design and beyond.

   At Germandrishty, I am working as UI/UX Designer working within a cross-functional team collaborating with developers, content writers, stakeholders, etc. based on agile based workflow. My roles and responsibilities are as follows- Created wireframes, responsive UI screens, UI assets and designed working prototypes in Figma. Worked with developers and managed developer handoff documentation. Worked within an agile based workflow- Maintained design systems, including colors, typography, and reusable components- Conduct user research and usability testing with quick improvements based on user feedback
