I am a results-driven Instrumentation & Control Engineer with a BTech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and hands-on experience in plant commissioning, process automation, and DCS-based control systems across renewable and heavy industries.My professional journey spans Bio-CNG, Hydrogen, Sorbitol, Cement, and Power Plant projects, where I have been actively involved in instrument installation verification, calibration, loop checking, interlock testing, and start-up support. I have worked extensively with pressure, temperature, flow, and level transmitters, gas analyzers, control valves, and safety systems, ensuring compliance with P & IDs and control philosophies.Currently, I am engaged in the commissioning of a 22 TPD Bio-CNG plant at GPS Renewables, contributing to clean and sustainable energy initiatives. Previously, I played a key role in commissioning Hydrogen and 120 TPD Sorbitol plants at HL Agro, operating on DCS platforms, and supported instrumentation activities in cement and power plant environments.I bring strong expertise in PLC/DCS coordination, cold & hot loop checks, SAT/FAT, troubleshooting, and documentation, along with practical exposure to process automation, HART-enabled devices, and industrial safety practices.
