Key Responsibilities- Managing end-to-end central warehouse operations for Tata Solar materials, including inbound, storage, kitting, and outbound activities- Handling kitting operations, including preparation and segregation of zip bags as per project and dispatch requirements- Performing ASN verification, ensuring alignment with physical receipts and system entries prior to inwarding- Executing GRN creation after thorough quantity and quality inspections- Preparing and validating invoices and dispatch documentation for outbound shipments- Overseeing inbound and outbound movements, ensuring timely loading and unloading with zero damage or shortage- Leading and supervising in-house ground staff for daily operations such as loading, unloading, picking, packing, and kitting, ensuring productivity and strict adherence to SOPs- Conducting stock reconciliation, cycle counts, and periodic audits to maintain high inventory accuracy- Ensuring proper material receiving, identifying damages, shortages, or mismatches, and escalating them promptly to the procurement team and suppliers for resolution- Single-handedly managing the highest number of hardware SKUs (21 items) used for kitting at Tata Solar’s central warehouse, with end-to-end ownership of shortage and excess control, conducting weekly audits, maintaining accurate bin card updates, and supervising in-house teams to ensure zero damage and high inventory accuracy- Enforcing safety, quality, and compliance standards, while driving discipline and accountability across the warehouse workforce.
