   Branded Content - I am in-charge of all the branded content that goes up on the MotorBeam website, both our YouTube channels and all our social media platforms- I coordinate with agencies/brands directly to understand their exact needs and what kind of content we can make- I take care of all the scripting for every branded video and see to it that all the deliverables are met properly- I stay present on every branded video shoot to ensure the shoot is done according to the client\'s requirements, scripts are followed to the T and to keep a check on the edits as well- I also pitch different concepts to agencies/brand heads and close sales by negotiating budgets and deliverables- I have anchored quite a lot of branded videos and also represented MotorBeam on social media handles and YouTube channels of major automakers in IndiaMotorBeam YouTube - Have been an active part of hundreds of video shoots- Anchoring 4-wheeler videos on both MotorBeam and MotorBeam Hindi- Have personally scripted and directed multiple videos of different types like reviews, comparisons, MotorBeam Fanboys, Car vs Bike videos, etc- Coordinating with multiple people for shooting, directing, editing and marketing of our videos- I also take care of the back-end optimisation of all our YouTube videosWebsite Content - Have written and published stories in the past 7 years- I\'ve played an active role in the SEO development for our website- Proof-read articles of junior writers, interns, etc. Hiring New People - I play an active role in the hiring of new people as well, right from interns to writers to cameramen to video editors- I try my best to train almost every new recruit personally so as to ensure they follow all the protocols of the company
