   At Waaree Energy Storage Solutions Private Limited, I am contributing to the development of a 4 GW greenfield project for Li-ion LFP cell manufacturing. My role focuses on vendor development and onboarding, which includes identifying and evaluating multiple suppliers across various BOM categories, initiating communication, managing NDAs, and collaborating with the R&D team for technical validation. I also gather preliminary cost data to support BOM evaluation, maintain a centralized tracker for vendor status, and present weekly updates during APEX meetings.Along with this at Waaree Technologies Limited, a company primarily focused on Li-ion battery manufacturing, I play a key role in the procurement of raw materials in alignment with production requirements. My responsibilities include issuing RFQs, negotiating with suppliers, preparing purchase orders with appropriate terms and conditions, following up to ensure timely delivery, tracking shipments, and coordinating closely with the IQC department to ensure quality compliance. I also prepare monthly supplier performance evaluations and am actively involved in vendor development and relationship management.In addition, I hold an accountable role in import operations, which involves verifying shipment documents, ensuring correct HS code classification for customs clearance, reviewing the Bill of Entry (BOE) at the initial stage, and preparing all necessary documentation for the CHA. This includes documents for warehouse bonds, factory destuffing bonds, High Sea Sale (HSS) agreements, Triple Duty Bonds, and Bond-to-Bond sale agreements.I also have hands-on experience in implementing SAP HANA MM procurement processes from scratch, and I am responsible for managing all SAP-related procurement activities within the organization.
