While working at Telus I got hands-on experience on- Planning and Developing test cases based on user stories, system requirements and design documents, considering various scenarios and edgecases- Performing, gathering and processing results for End-to-End testing via various integrated environments such as Meditation, Charging & Billing systems and SQL databases and analysing the results- Creating and Performing DevOps testing using Python Automation scripts in Linux OS- Black box testing, Integration testing, Postman API testing, & bug tracking using Jira tickets- Configuring and maintaining test environments, including necessary hardware, software, and network configurations- Performing software and device testing on HSPA, LTE and 5G [SA & NSA] networks for Voice, Data, SMS/MMS for both Prepaid and Postpaid technology- Generating detailed test reports,summarizing test results, and providing recommendations for improvements or bugfixes- Attending Troubleshooting Meetings to understand and resolve the Rating, Integration and Network Issues, and to ensure efficient communication and resolution of issues- Conducting regular regression tests to verify that system changes or updates do not introduce new defects or negatively impact existing functionality.
