About Parshwa Patel
I’m a Civil Engineering student at the University of Illinois with a focus on Construction Management and Energy-Water-Environment Sustainability. My journey has taken me from project management internship where I worked on green building projects, to working on projects for the Solar Decathlon team, where I collaborated with communities and contractors to develop net-zero energy home. Through these experiences, I’ve developed a passion for real estate development which prioritizes environmental impact and social value. In order to expand my knowledge and experience, I will be joining Baker Program in Real Estate at Cornell University beginning Fall 2025. I’m always excited to work on projects that bring together construction technology, energy, and infrastructure, whether it’s building smarter homes, designing community-driven solutions, or creating more efficient ways to use renewable energy. I believe that thoughtful collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation are key to making a real difference.
