As a Team Leader, I was responsible for training and onboarding new hires, helping them integrate smoothly into the team while reinforcing company values and expectations. I provided ongoing support through outside-the-box thinking, real-time feedback, and timely intervention to ensure professional ethics and standards were consistently upheld. I regularly addressed workflow disruptions by identifying root causes and implementing practical, solution-focused strategies to keep progress on track. Additionally, I maintained detailed weekly reports for each team member, documenting notable events, performance trends, and areas for growth to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement. Giving my team the technology they needed to success was a priority, I was constantly crafting templates for team members to uphold the company\'s professionalism and literacy through representation, programmed many automations including spreadsheet formulas which pull upon data analytics of task completion pertaining to a project, programmed automation of a \"break audit system\" to ensure team members were in compliance of their scheduled breaktimes and save management time from having to manually check on several occasions. I also provided tech support on a frequent basis helping team members not only trouble shoot adversities but also setting them up for success through episodes of tech training and utilization of certain software over others which has since proven to increase efficiency. Handled Onboarding every other week with groups of 10-30 people at a time, this included presentations, real time problem solving and addressing questions. Was able to operate with extremely short notice on almost every more-so \"advanced\" administrative task I was assigned with, where at a moment\'s notice a zig could turn into a zag as far as task priority and list of current tasks on the tickler file.
