Primary researcher in charge of planning and executing all employee-facing UX research at eBay.– Performs research interviews, surveys, card sorts, tree tests, and moderated/unmoderated usability studies for a variety of eBay intranet sites and internal tools.– Manages the employee request/feedback queue for dozens of global eBay intranet pages: troubleshoots website problems and decides what service requests demand full teams to support and solve. Sources these project teams with fellow researchers, engineers, and designers. Manages these team projects to success.– Maps out hiring journey from perspective of hiring managers and recruiters in order to propose service design and digital touchpoint improvements, as well as prioritize future research initiatives.
