Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for open positions IT,NON-IT,VLSI,Automotive domain.• Utilize various platforms (job boards, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, etc.) to actively source candidates.• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.• Screening and Interviewing:• Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for the organization.• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.• Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.• Maintain regular communication with candidates to keep them engaged and informed throughout the process.• Provide an excellent candidate experience by ensuring clear communication, transparency, and professionalism.• Actively engage with candidates to showcase the company as an employer of choice.• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and candidate interactions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
