About Parnika Patil
I am Parnika Patil, I build technology, lead people, and think globally.Professionally, I work as a Generative AI Engineer, training and working with large language models, applied machine learning, and intelligent systems across domains including cybersecurity and data-driven AI solutions. I’m also a 2× Smart India Hackathon Winner (Software Edition) and have built hardware-integrated systems using drones, because impactful solutions often live at the intersection of software and the physical world.Beyond building products, I build ecosystems. I currently serve as a Community & Event Strategist at Machine Learning Groups, Nashik, the city’s most impactful tech community—organising hackathons, Kaggle competitions, study jams, and hands-on workshops, and collaborating with peers, industry professionals, and Google Developer Experts. I’ve also led and managed large-scale events through the Microsoft Learn Student Ambassadors Club and contributed to the first TEDx event of my city as part of the Marketing & Sponsorship team.Social responsibility is central to how I work. As Joint Secretary of Elite Club, Nashik, I’ve been involved in grassroots initiatives and believe that real impact is created not by excess, but by choosing to give even when resources are limited.Academically, my curiosity extends into International Business, global markets, supply chains, cross-border trade, and FinTech systems. I actively study case studies and research to understand how technology, finance, and policy interact in global economies, and how solutions scale across borders.Outside work, you’ll find me reading (crime thrillers and mythology), practicing Indian classical music, anchoring events, or on the badminton court.I believe solving a problem is only half the job—the real challenge is ensuring the solution is implemented, adopted, and sustained.
