ABOUT PARNIKA BANSAL

I am a Certified Cognitive Behavior Therapist, Child Psychologist as well Counsellor Council of India Recognised (CRN47•••03). I did my graduation from Delhi University and completed my degree in MA counselling psychology from Amity University, Noida and has practiced other certifications such as Expressive Art Therapy, Roscharch ink therapy and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. I’ve also learned various autistic, adhd, depressive, anxiety and conduct disorders assessment such as VSMS, MISIC, Vanderbuilt, SFBT, ISAA, INCLEAN, DSM V adhd symptom checklist. I deliver treatments to special kids, teenagers and adult clients (Pan India as well Internationally) with wide range of emotional, behavioural and adjustment problems such as anxiety, stress, depression, compliance issues and relationship problems. I also assist parents with learning and implementing new parenting techniques & also provided workshops in schools to teachers and parents throughout Delhi /NCR. I have been practising since 2019 & my specialisation are in the area of stress, anxiety, depression, Behavior and social - emotional, language development concerns both children, adolescents as well as adults. My therapy style Includes CBT, Solution focused Therapy & ABA therapy. The population I cater to are children and adults Age 2 to Age 40.The purpose of my therapy is to bring accessibility to Mental Health Care in the areas where there isn’t as sufficient work done and want to reach clients Pan- India for the same.
