Local UK•Support the TA Leadership Team with M.I data and running reports; providing weekly/monthly updates on team recruitment numbers and Talent Acquisition activity via Avature (ATS)•Supporting the TA Team with Weekly LTH Data and Aged Requisition data.•Participation in team meetings to provide reporting information and highlight and issues or concerns.•Ownership of monthly newsletter and being a point of contact to collate updates.•Raising POs and managing NextGen costs.•Ownership of weekly Vacancy List and updating for the Local team.•Raising all contract request forms daily to onboard new candidates. Working alongside EMEA Ops team to filter out any issues.•Undertake administrative duties to support the wider TA team according to demands of the business.(Thomas International, SHL reports, TA lead meeting notes)•Manage ad-hoc project workNext Gen•Supporting the Next Gen TA with candidate management, administration, scheduling, inbox management, event management, assessment centres, data reporting and recruitment across CBRE GWS.•Support with onboarding for Next Gen Cohorts•Event Support (supporting in house events, on-campus events careers fairs) and managing logistics for Assessment centres (end to end ownership).•Supporting Talent Partner with screening candidates for apprentice vacancies.•Acting as a point of contact for candidates and ensuring their recruitment process runs efficiently. •ATS and other Next Gen recruitment support, including- managing job postings on internal ATS, progressing candidates through the recruitment process, advertising roles on university job boards and LinkedIn.•Ensures appropriate stakeholders are updated on status & outcomes of interviews, offer & on-boarding via report checks on ATS – Avature•Supporting Talent Partner collate Next Generation Data to present stakeholders with weekly updates•Working with Partnerships to increase candidate pool. Collecting data to present return on investment to the business
