This shift has allowed me to integrate my corporate expertise with my passion for guiding young minds, helping them discover their true potential and navigate their paths.As Head of Career and College Counseling at Billabong High International School, Bhopal, I am dedicated to creating a supportive environment that fosters self-discovery, innovation, and meaningful connections. With over a decade of experience in leadership roles across people management, client relations, and strategic planning, I have consistently led high-performing teams, optimized processes, and driven growth. My professional background includes stints with esteemed organizations such as Convergys, EXL, Livewire, Netambit Infosource, Bajaj Capital, and Mahindra Group, where I developed and refined my operational and leadership capabilities.In my current capacity, I work to bridge the gap between education and industry, empowering students with the skills and strategies needed to excel in a competitive landscape.
