Tunnel Furnace Maintenance:1). Erection, Commissioning & Maintenance of twin line shuttling type roller hearth Tunnel Furnace.2). Executing Mechanical equipment & Technology erection like furnace hearth,wall,end doors,roof & shuttle car with all standard.3). Executing the equipment installation of CA Fan, DA Fan, Waste flue system etc at TF area.4). Executing the pressure testing & flushing of various pipe lines like Mix gas, Combustion air, Compressed air, Lance air, Instrument air, Impulse line & Water line etc. Executing the installation of roll oven chamber & roll transfer car.Responsible for below mentioned maintenance job :• Roll Inspection, Lubrication of bearings,Assembly & Replacement. • Checking all doors for smooth operation. • Checking roll cooling outlet temperature of each roll and also check for water leaks through out the shift.• Blow down of roll water on all rolls• Checking lubrication schedule for each component. • Inspection of compressed air line FRL unit filters, Clean/replace as required.• Check rolls, CA & DA fan bearing temperature, Hydraulic oil level and breather vent.• Inspection of Shuttle car wheels, gear box & drag chain.Inspection & Lubrication of Combustion air blower & Dilution blower.
