About Parmesh Shahani
I head the Godrej DEI Lab which aims to empower inclusion ecosystems both within and outside the Godrej Industries group, and also run the Godrej Queer India Fellowship dedicated to nurturing the next generation of queer Indian leaders. I am also the co-founder of Pride Fund India (https://thepridefundindia.org/), India\'s first dedicated LGBTQIA philanthropy fund, and Queer Directions, a publishing house dedicated to LGBTQIA writing. Besides this, I serve as a board member of the non-profit organisations Breakthrough and Khoj. I am a TED Senior Fellow, a World Economic Forum YGL, an Aspen Fellow and a Yale World Fellow and have written 2 books - Queeristan: LGBTQ Inclusion in Corporate India (2020) and Gay Bombay: Globalization, Love and (Be)Longing in Contemporary India (2008).
