My major role in R&D (more than 5.6yrs experience ) is 1. perform Microbial Enumeration Test ( viable cell analysis by pour plate method)and pathogen analysis of fermented (broth & powder) and formulated (OSD,suspension, liquid emulsion, gummy) as per usp protocol 2. perform biochemical test of culture and execute titration experiment for measuring desired component present in OSD/ liquid suspension product 3. perform media preparation, GPT (Growth Promotion Test), media optimisation, sterility test, BET, environment monitoring and daily ph calibration 4. perform formulation of OSD ( including from granulation to blending upto monitoring of final product for commercial trial with product\'s primary analysis) & Suspension & liquid emulsion (including preparation to monitor of final product with products primary analysis) and maintain stability studies of same 5. Execution and maintain calibration of lab equipments 6. Execution and maintenance of documents related to lab equipment records, lab work activities and products 7. Perform TVAC of Water sample and formulated (like gummy, osd, suspension)/ fermented sample (powder /broth)8. Experience of handling instruments like lyophilization, spray drying, disintegration apparatus, fraibility apparatus, microscope, karl fischer, water activity, centrifuge, ph meter, autoclave, homogeniser, sonicator, incubator (plate & shaker), IR moisture balance, weighing machine.9. Monitoring and planning fumigation as per schedule I am currently looking for opportunity in r&d/ fr & d/ QC micro / documentation (QC/production/QA)/DSP. I can immediately join and as of now I am at Hyderabad but I can relocate to new company location
