About Jason P.

I counsel the Energy Development Group at Crusoe Energy, where we are on a mission to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence. We address the critical energy bottleneck by delivering vertically-integrated, purpose-built AI infrastructure — from innovative energy sourcing to AI-optimized data centers and our scalable Crusoe Cloud platform. I began my career as a JD/MBA graduate with a passion for start-ups, joining Fenwick & West to provide strategic counsel to emerging and high-growth technology companies on a broad range of corporate matters. My practice included start-up counseling, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, securities law compliance and corporate governance. Next, I worked in-house at Uber on capital markets, corporate governance and securities matters, and subsequently was the first legal hire at Moxion Power Co. Argentine roots fostered my fluency in Spanish and a deep passion for la Albiceleste.
