Tasks and DutiesLeading direct reports, as the Surveyor Manager primarily overseeing office work, in the execution of surveying activities & project management; including Rule 12 Boundary Surveys, ALTA/NSPS Title Surveys, Lot Surveys, Topographical Surveys, As-built Surveys, LCRS Plats, Easement Descriptions, and Right-of-way Engineering. Resolving boundaries, writing legal descriptions and surveyor\'s reports, conducting Boundary/Right-of-way analysis, determining centerline alignments for roadway projects, project deed research, writing survey books, etc.Representative ProjectsSix-mile long Location Control Route Survey and Topographical Survey – Fort Wayne, IN - January 2024 to August 2024This project was located in Northeastern Allen County, and involved a topographical and location control route survey of a six-mile span of roadway corridor. I lead direct reports in the completion of said topographical survey drafting and location control route survey determinations. This also included the coordination of certain field surveying activities such as the location of PLSS corners and property/right-of-way monumentation. It also included leading direct reports in the property, right-of-way, and centerline alignment determination necessary for a Location Control Route Survey. I completed the apparent boundary analysis of each property along the roadway project limits in order to determine both right-of-way and apparent property boundaries. I also determined the centerline alignment for this project, and lead direct reports in drafting the LCRS plat. This was all done under the direction of the Professional Surveyor.
