At Shope and Associates, I have joined my father to move forward in the development of the wealth management practice he has built. My role involves rigorous self-learning, along with self-development while trying to move the business forward into unknown territory to further growth. So far, I have built systems and processes for content distribution on multiple platforms with the intent to build authority and audience, and drive sales. I am constantly looking for ways to streamline operations, which has brought me into the technical arena within the industry. I am constantly trying to bring modern solutions into the older industry of financial advisory, in an attempt to modernize our operations and not just fit with the times, but to get ahead of them. Overall, this role has provided me with immense insight into financial planning, wealth management, and all of the operations therein. I constantly exercise my problem-solving skills to move forward in a direction where there is no real outline or existing framework to keep advancing forward.
