In these roles I interface with Owners, subcontractors, employees, accounting managers and vendors to manage procurement, workflow & total construction. I oversee constructability in the field, material handling, billing, specification oversight, construction phasing and contract documentation and compliance. I am responsible for the team management, hiring and terminations, OAC meetings, C.o.i’s, construction sequencing from rough-in to trim-out phases, closeouts requirements, lien releases and updating As-Builts. I also review Pay Apps, awarding RFP’s, safety and quality control measures, change orders and conducting project budget forecasts and CPM’s.Additionally, my daily tasks include project scheduling, dailies and timesheets, estimating for current and future projects, take-offs and reviewing quotes and bids from vendors and subcontractors. These building typologies include MLRA renovations and high-end luxury remodels. The projects fall within the non-union DBB and T&M contract structures with project values ranging from $250K to $1.5 million.
