   Parker Welton joined Stream Realty Partners in June 2022 and currently serves as a Vice President on the Atlanta Office Leasing Team. Prior to Stream, Parker joined CBRE in 2017 to work alongside Bryan Heller and Peter McGuone, a team that is best known for their success in the lease up of value-add, ground up construction, creative conversions, and activated mixed-use projects. During her time at CBRE, Parker and her team executed over 475 transactions, totaling over 5 million square feet of leasing across $1B in volume. Parker is known for having a creative approach to forecasting workplace strategy trends and marketing tactics that help successfully position a property for lease. As an Atlanta native, Parker thoroughly understands the Atlanta real estate market, giving her the advantage to stay in the know and above the trends for each and every client. Throughout her career, Parker has built strong client and broker relationships across all experience levels causing her to be constantly called on to serve as a mentor to young professionals starting off in the CRE industry.
