I\'m a healthcare technology executive passionate about using technology, innovation, and AI to scale access to high-quality mental health care. At InStride Health, I collaborate with a high-performing, cross-functional team of experts in clinical care, operations, and business strategy to transform how children, teens, and young adults access evidence-based treatment for anxiety and OCD. InStride has grown from idea to multi-state provider, pioneering a tech-enabled, insurance-based, care model that blends psychiatry, exposure therapy, family support, and digital tools. As CTO, I’ve ensured our fully remote team is able to provide virtual care by leveraging technology where it fits our needs. I developed our technology vision, and managed our evolution into and adoption of AI, driving operational scale, personalization of care, and measurable outcomes.Our platform is designed for a future where technology doesn\'t just support clinicians but actively enhances therapeutic impact and drives operational scale. We are proving that a value-based model can deliver both superior care and compelling economics.Before InStride, I built and led engineering and data teams at Commure and Palantir, developing solutions for complex challenges in healthcare and enterprise domains. I hold a B.S. in Mathematical and Computational Science from Stanford University.I’m energized by the potential of technology and AI to reimagine mental health care at scale, and committed to building systems that enable us to accomplish our mission - to provide desperately needed, insurance-based access to treatment that works for kids, teens, & young adults with mod/severe anxiety & OCD

   InStride Health delivers specialty outpatient care for pediatric anxiety and OCD through a virtual-first, insurance-based model. Our care teams combine psychiatry, exposure therapy, coaching, family support, and digital tools to deliver care that leads to lasting change which is grounded in a measurable, accessible, and high quality in clinical excellence.As CTO and early team member, I built InStride’s technical foundation from the ground up and now lead our AI, Product, Engineering, Design, IT, Data, and Security functions. My focus is on scaling technology and data capabilities in lockstep with our clinical model, ensuring that innovation accelerates access and efficiency without compromising care quality.We’re now focused on deepening our AI and data capabilities, expanding our digital care platform, and building the infrastructure to deliver high-quality, tech-enabled care at scale.
