ABOUT PARKER REUTER

My Nana first introduced me to Legos when I was about 7 years old. She taught me to carefully open the box, organize the pieces, and read through the instruction manual. It taught me to be patient, in tune with the task at hand, and that by trusting the process, you can build something fantastic. Little did I know that 21 years later, a great friend in Steven Hansen would give me an opportunity to find that same passion for building within the cold storage construction industry. On my first day, I was sat down on a jobsite in Palmdale - instructed to read the plans, organize the materials, and watch the installation of insulated metal panels on a 280k sqft. project. Now instead of going to the store and buying the pre-packaged box and building with my hands; my responsibilities were to design the project, create the plans, order the proper materials, and oversee the construction using large scale equipment. This was a bit different than Legos. but I was instantly in love with the profession. From December 2020 to August 2024, I worked as an onsite superintendent and then project manager for Hansen Cold Storage Construction. My daily duties included bidding, planning, implementing, and completing numerous nationwide cold storage projects. I was fortunate to learn the skills of this cold storage trade under two industry icons in Steve Hansen Sr. and Steven Hansen Jr. Now, I am continuing my thermal construction journey at ThermalCraft. I am thrilled to utilize my skills in business and project management to help build an exceptional company, alongside the best team in the country with Steven, Dean, Dennis, and Dillon.
