I took an operational break and transitioned from law enforcement to Coast Guard Legal and served as an attorney specializing in criminal and administrative law. However, I have recently returned to operational federal law enforcement. Areas of expertise include: Interagency coordination, cross-service collaboration, maritime counter-narcotics, counter smuggling/trafficking, maritime law enforcement, port security, homeland security & defense.
