About Parker Mills
As a senior leader in a large construction company, I provide strategic direction to an excellent team of highly skilled professionals. I direct an asphalt paving division of over 300 employees to successfully complete more than 200 projects a year in 5 different states. My experience in project delivery ranges from small commercial developments to large interstate and railroad infrastructure expansions. I lead a highly motivated team that matches my strong work ethic and desire to provide solutions to current and future problems.
