   Engaged in all aspects of financial planning and analysis, accounting and budget development, and treasury activities of Teucrium Trading as well as the listed exchange traded funds (ETFs). • Provides input and analysis into operation/strategic decisions by providing forward-looking financial analyses of key business drivers including profitability analysis and cash management. • Collaborates with C-suite staff on a regular basis to transition and implement key decisions and establish and monitor KPIs. • Manages significant cash portfolios to operate treasury as a profit center; experience in money markets and corporate debt instruments to optimize interest earnings. • Creates and oversees liquidity frameworks including stress testing through scenario analysis and review of historic events. • Performs and reconciles daily cash transactions to meet daily margin requirements and maintain account balances to optimize bank relationships. • Builds and files SEC quarterly and annual filings (10-Q, 10-K) and shepherds the filings through various audit and legal requirements. • Leads internal and external audit support functions to ensure SOX compliance.
