My role focuses on supporting first year students to transition to Hampshire’s unique educational model both conceptually and practically. I host pre-registration workshops, one on one course and career advising, and manage a case load of students who are struggling to make satisfactory progress to their degree. This includes regular one on one coaching meetings to develop the skills and knowledge the student needs to return to good academic standing. I also manage everything related to academic assistive technology from orienting new users to managing vendor contracts and implementation.
