About Parker Bradshaw
Check out my work at parker-bradshaw.com.I\'m a Senior Solutions Architect at AWS, where I serve as the primary technical leader for some of the largest retail and ecommerce brands in the world. I work across Fanatics (Commerce, Betting & Gaming, and Collectibles) and Pattern, helping them build and ship AI, data, and migration strategies at scale. The work I\'m most proud of: helping Pattern become one of the first customers to put AWS AgentCore into production, resulting in their CEO presenting the build on the re:Invent 2025 main stage. Designing and running Fanatics\' global generative AI hackathon that produced 50 POCs and 15 production solutions. Architecting a multi-agent AI system for Fanatics Collectibles that cut trading card content generation costs by 99%.Before AWS, I spent years in enterprise infrastructure, managing multi-petabyte storage environments and building self-service provisioning platforms that changed how entire organizations operated. I\'ve also been building BYU-Idaho\'s CYBER360 cybersecurity curriculum for over 11 years.Outside of work, I\'m into pickleball, snowboarding, and wakeboarding.

I help the world\'s largest retail and ecommerce brands turn ambitious technology bets into production reality, from AI agents processing millions of trading cards to data platforms analyzing 46 trillion data points. At AWS, I\'m the primary technical leader for Fanatics (Commerce, Betting & Gaming, and Collectibles) and Pattern, where I\'ve driven generative AI adoption at a pace that caught Andy Jassy\'s attention on Amazon\'s Q4 2024 earnings call. My work includes designing multi-agent AI systems in production, architecting data strategies on S3/Iceberg/Snowflake at massive scale, leading enterprise migrations across five global data centers, and building the hackathon and enablement programs that upskilled developers on AI.What sets me apart is that I don\'t just architect. I drive outcomes. I build executive alignment, design go-to-market strategies, coordinate across engineering orgs, and stay until the thing is in production and delivering business results. Pattern\'s CEO presented our AgentCore build on the re:Invent 2025 main stage. Fanatics\' hackathon produced 50 POCs with 15 going to production. The Collectibles card back system cut content generation costs by 99%.I\'ve published 10+ pieces across AWS blogs and case studies, speak at re:Invent and NRF, and built Utah\'s AWS community from scratch, growing it from 10 people to 120+ with no office. For 11 years, I\'ve also designed and taught BYU-Idaho\'s CYBER360 cybersecurity curriculum, because building the next generation of engineers matters as much as building the next architecture.MBA from Utah Valley University. 6 active AWS certifications
