New Member Orientation Director @Alpha Xi Delta

I am the New Member Orientation Director for Alpha Xi Delta at N.C. State. I am responsible for organizing and overseeing the orientation process for new members. This includes planning events like big/little, new member retreats, and facilitating educational meetings every week. These meetings go over the sorority’s history, values, and traditions. I am a resource for new members, answering questions and addressing concerns throughout the orientation process. I love this position as I get to ensure they feel welcomed and supported as they integrate into the sorority.
